Documents required to obtain a Diploma Supplement


To obtain a Diploma Supplement, graduates are required to submit to the Office of International Affairs of Vernadsky CFU, located at 45-B Bespalova Street, Simferopol, the following:

  1. Filled-in application form;

  2. Passport for verification;

  3. Original diploma and its supplement for verification and copies thereof;

  4. Consent for processing personal data;

  5. Final academic transcript or copy of student’s record book (if available);

  6. Bank receipt (Click here to see the banking instructions for the Diploma Supplement payment);

  7. Copy of document confirming name change (if applicable);

  8. Document authorising the applicant to apply on the graduate’s behalf (if applicable).
