Vernadsky CFU is a truly international university with around 2,500 international students from more than 30 countries. Every year we welcome hundreds of international students to our diverse and vibrant community. They enjoy lower tuition fees and a high quality of education, while living and studying in one of the most beautiful areas of the country.
International candidates can apply for admission to Vernadsky CFU programmes either through the Russian government scholarship programmes or as self-funded students.
Visit the website https://russia-edu.minobrnauki.gov.ru/ to find out more about the Russian government scholarships (quotas) for international students.
Most of Vernadsky CFU programmes are Russian-taught. For their application for a Russian-taught programme to be successful, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written Russian. Therefore you might be interested in our pre-university Russian language programmes.
