Class of 2022 Celebrate Success


On July 22, the leading Crimean university held its traditional graduation ceremony for the Class of 2022 to celebrate the achievements of those students who successfully completed their programmes of study at Vernadsky CFU.

In his address to the graduates, Vernadsky CFU Rector Andrei Falaleev emphasised that over the recent period the University has greatly improved its standing in academic rankings, and that the University’s proudest achievements are those of its brilliant students and graduates.

The main ceremony was attended by 70 best and brightest graduates from across the University’s academic units and branches. Along with their degree certificates, they also received awards for their achievements in sports, academics, research and culture.

Following the award part of the ceremony, the guests of the event were treated to numerous amazing performances of song, dance and much else.  

In total, over 5,000 Vernadsky CFU graduates were awarded their degrees this year, including 2,936 bachelor’s degrees; 737 specialist’s degrees; 1,588 master’s degrees; and 89 research degrees.
