On the activities of dormitories, hotels, sanatoriums, boarding houses, holiday homes and other places of stay of organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, to avoid the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) within the Russian Federation.

 In order to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) within the Russian Federation, I hereby order:

1. The heads of organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, in whose operational administration or economic management are dormitories, hotels, sanatoriums, boarding houses, holiday homes and other places of stay:

1.1. to strengthen the measures to maintain the premises of dormitories, hotels, sanatoriums, boarding houses, holiday homes and other places of stay in proper condition in accordance with the established sanitary rules and standards, observing the hygiene rules of citizens living there (hereinafter referred to as  residents), taking into account prescriptions, directions and recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor (Russian Federal Consumer Rights Protection and Human Health Control Service);

1.2. to suspend holding in dormitories, hotels, sanatoriums, boarding houses, holiday homes and other places of stay of leisure and other public events with the participation of residents and other citizens;

1.3. to establish a schedule of use (mode of operation) of sanitary facilities, premises for organizing catering, consumer services for dormitories, hotels, sanatoriums, boarding houses, holiday homes and other places of stay in order to avoid the accumulation of a large number of residents;

1.4. in case of acute illness to relocate temporarily those living in dormitories, hotels, sanatoriums, boarding houses, holiday homes and other places of stay on the basis of doctors’ recommendations;

1.5. to provide security and observance of the established access regime on the territory of the dormitory, hotel, sanatorium, boarding house, holiday home and other places of stay.

2. Structural units supervising the activities of subordinate organizations, should bring this order to the attention of organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, supervised in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation from September 21, 2018. № 707.
3. The Department of Information Technologies in the areas of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (A. Shvindt) should place this order on the official website of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science on the Internet.
4. I shall personally supervise the execution of this order.
