Staff and students from Vernadsky CFU’s Medical Academy named after S.I. Georgievsky joined SKIF, the First Crimean Sports Forum which took place on June 7-8 in Alushta. The forum that brought together over 1,000 participants from Crimea and across the country was organized through collaboration between the Crimean Ministry of Sports and Sportivny Krym, Physical Culture and Sports Development Foundation.
Among the topics discussed at the event were: the development of sports and tourism in the regions of the country; attraction of investors to construct, restore and improve sports and tourism facilities in Crimea; innovations in sports and the healthy lifestyle industry; exchange of best practices and experiences and establishing partner relations with regional and international public and private institutions.
The forum featured various sports workshops and the 1st Interregional Panel Conference on the Theory and Practice of Implementation of Healthy Lifestyle Projects at Regional and Interregional Levels held by the Medical Academy named after S.I. Georgievsky.
