Vernadsky CFU hosts international forum of foreign students and graduates

 

More than 200 international students and graduates of V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University from Vietnam, Ghana, Greece, Zimbabwe, India, Jordan, Canada, Malaysia, China, Nigeria, Palestine, Syria, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and other countries attended the international forum titled “Crimea in the Global Research and Education Community”.

The two-day international event held at Vernadsky CFU kicked off with meetings between Acting Rector Andrei Falaleev and the University’s alumni who returned to their Alma Mater for the first time since graduating. Among other topics discussed at the meetings was furthering Vernadsky CFU’s cooperation with institutions in the graduates’ home countries where the foreign guests assured they would be recommending Vernadsky CFU for the high quality education it provides.

Currently, there are around 3,000 internationals students from more than 50 countries at Vernadsky CFU.
